BIO
Courtney Eoff is a 24-year-old recent graduate from Texas A&M University. Music has always been a part of her life, and her family claims that she was humming melodies before she could even talk! Courtney grew up in a musical family, and they have made a tremendous impact on her. Her favorite genres are traditional country and Texas country. Some of her favorites are Willie Nelson, Dolly Parton, Stevie Nicks, John Conlee, and Randy Rogers Band. These musicians have been the soundtrack to her upbringing and have inspired her to learn more about music and write songs.

From a young age, she sang in school programs, talent contests, choirs, church, and musical theatre. Eventually, she began performing at rodeos, fairs, oprys, local events, and acoustic show venues. In high school, Courtney and her friend Cole competed in the Houston Rodeo Rockstar Competition against hundreds of talented singers. After 70,000 votes were cast, they moved to the top five, where they gave a live performance and won the title of the 2019 Houston Rodeo Rockstars. They were awarded time in the recording studio with Stormy Cooper Media, a cash prize, and a spot in the Houston Rodeo Parade. Also, Courtney entered the Don’t Mess With Texas Jingle contest. After the public voted, the top contestants were chosen. A panel of judges selected Courtney’s jingle “Don’t
M-E-SS With Texas” as the winner. She joins the campaign alongside George Strait, Willie Nelson, LeAnn Rimes, and more. Together, they can spread the message to keep Texas clean. The fun does not stop there—Courtney was selected as an opening act for Gilley’s Dallas to welcome guests to the Western Association of State Highway and Transportation Association.

Most recently, Courtney took home the Song of the Year award and earned the Texas Troubadour title at the Texas Troubadour Songwriting Classic for her original song "My Luck." The winners were selected by Country Music Hall of Famer Jimmy Fortune, who praised her work. She has also opened for legendary Texas artist Ray Wylie Hubbard and was honored to join him onstage for a special performance at Larry Joe Taylor Fest—a full-circle moment for the young artist.
For Courtney, music is not just a passion; it's a blessing that has transformed her life. She has made many friends along the way which lead to her being the lead vocalist in the Whiskey River Band. Join along on her musical journey to see where all these tunes will take her!
